For large organisations we conduct interviews and workshops with key personnel prior to establishing an order of priorities and a Schedule of Areas.

We prepare agendas for workshops to prompt attendees to consider their requirements in advance, we prepare comprehensive notes of the workshops and document the brief in a report so that the subsequent designs can be audited to ensure that they comply with the client's requirements.
